Exchange & Return Questions Do you have a return policy or an exchange policy? Yes, we are pleased to offer return and exchange policies on unopened hair extensions within 15 days, starting from the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final. We are extremely happy to say that our returns are very low and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Is the return policy or exchange policy eligible on All RJ products? The ONLY products that are eligible for exchange and return are the hair extensions: clip-in extensions, tape-in extensions, U-tip extensions and I-tip extensions. Any other items like wigs, braids, weaves, accessories, hot tools, clip-in bangs, clip & wrap ponytails, braided hairbands, single clip-in hair extensions, hair brushes, styling tools, nail products and materials, tattoo products/stickers and tools, hair clips, hair care products, Henna stickers and/or gift cards will be considered as a FINAL SALE item and not eligible for return or exchange. Is the return policy or exchange policy on RJ Hair Extensions eligible in all cases? You may return or exchange RJ Hair Extensions only if the item was purchased at full price. If the RJ Hair Extensions was purchased with a discount code or any kind of special offer, the sale will be considered as a FINAL SALE. The item will not be eligible for return, but it will still be eligible for exchange. May I return my order? We are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions! As long as the warranty sticker has not been broken. You may return your RJ Hair Extensions within 15 days of delivery. RJ Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal, which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. We also ask that you send us an email BEFORE returning your RJ Hair Extensions! If you received a free gift, from a promotion on your order, and you are doing a return; we ask that you also send the free gift back as well. The free gift then only applies if you are going to be doing an exchange. Why are RJ Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened? Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the safety seal on the packaging has been broken. How do I make a return and/or exchange? Please go to the desired tabs on our website for detailed information. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return and/or exchange? You are responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs. We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange and/or return your unopened RJ Hair Extensions set. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. When will I receive my refund? A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the cardboard packaging (which is protected by a security seal.) Please allow up to three weeks from the time you mailed your item(s) to receive and process your refund. May I return or exchange RJ Hair Extensions without contacting you? No. You must contact us prior to sending your return; as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from. How may I contact you? You may check your registered email for the Original (purchase) invoice that we sent you. If you lost this email, you may need to access your order details within your online order history to retain this information. Can I make an exchange over the phone? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges over the phone. How may I check the status of my Return or Exchange? First, track your return/exchange using the information provided by your carrier to ensure it has been delivered to RJ Hair Extensions company. Once we have received your package, you may view the status of your return or exchange in your online order history . Please allow us up to three weeks to process your request from the time you mailed it back. We will send a confirmation email when we have processed your return or exchange. Once your return has been processed, it may take three to five business days (up to 30 business days for international credit cards) for your refund to post to your account, and one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement.
